Content Production Days

One focused day.
Weeks of social content.

A dedicated production day for brands that need polished, ready-to-use content without turning content creation into another weekly task.

Half day and full day options available.
What it is

A planned content batch, not a random filming session.

A Content Production Day gives your business a focused library of short-form video from one planned production window. Strategy, direction, filming, editing, captions, and revision support are built into the process.

A content production day is a half day or full day dedicated entirely to creating social-first content for your business. Instead of trying to capture content whenever someone has time, we build the plan first, then use the production day to capture what your brand actually needs.

We work on location at your business or at a studio, depending on what best supports the content. The goal is simple: a smoother shoot, stronger creative direction, and a library of edited content you can use across your organic social channels.

What you walk away with

A content library with a clear purpose.

01Finished short-form videosEdited vertical videos built for organic Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels.
02Creative directionA shoot built around your brand, offer, audience, and the moments that matter most.
03Time backOne focused production window replaces weeks of last-minute content scrambling.
04Content momentumA practical way to build consistency before, between, or instead of a retainer.

FAQs

Common questions before booking a content day.

Do you post the content for us?
Not by default. Content Production Days are standalone production engagements, so they include final edited deliverables, not ongoing scheduling, posting, community management, or monthly reporting. If you want us to handle the monthly social workflow, our Growth package is usually the better fit. Our Foundation package can also work if you or your team can capture the footage.
Do we get the raw footage?
Final edited deliverables are included. Raw footage, source files, editing timelines, and working files are not included unless they are purchased separately through a paid written add-on.
Can we use the videos for ads?
Not unless paid usage rights are approved separately. By default, final deliverables are for organic, non-promoted social media use. Paid ads, boosted posts, whitelisting, sponsored placements, and other paid media uses require separate paid usage rights and may require music or licensing changes.
When is payment due?
For standalone production days, 50% is due to book and the remaining 50% is due 7 days before the scheduled production date. The date is not confirmed until the required booking payment has been received and Sproutly confirms the booking in writing.
What do you need from us before production?
We need the approved project details, production goals, must-capture moments, location and access details, on-site contact, brand assets if needed, and any required permissions for people, products, venue, music, guests, or industry-specific approvals.
What if we need to reschedule?
Confirmed production dates hold real team capacity, so cancellation and rescheduling terms apply once booked. The earlier you tell us, the more options we usually have. Exact terms are confirmed in your written scope and booking details before you book.
