Social media management

Two ways to stop guessing what to post and hand social off to a team that lives in it every day.

Foundation

Best for brands that can capture content internally but need strategy and execution.

You're already showing up, posting when you can, and capturing content on your own, but it's not landing the way it should. You need a clear strategy and a team to handle the planning, editing, scheduling, and reporting.

  • You film, we do the rest: We give you clear monthly filming direction, then turn your footage into polished social content.
  • Social strategy and content planning: We build your content pillars, monthly plan, and posting direction so your content supports the bigger picture.
  • Monthly filming guidance: We tell you exactly what to capture, how to film it, and what moments we need from your team.
  • Short-form video editing: You send us the footage, and we turn it into clean, platform-ready videos.
  • Captions, scheduling, and publishing: We write the captions, prepare the posts, and keep your content going out consistently.
  • Reporting and next steps: We show what worked, what did not, and what we are adjusting next.

Our social media management plans have a six month minimum so there is enough time to build a proper system and see results. For brands that want the strongest runway, we recommend a twelve month partnership.

FAQs

If you are asking these questions, you are not alone.

Working with Sproutly

What is the difference between Foundation and Growth?
The main difference is production. With Foundation, you capture your own footage and we handle everything from there: strategy, editing, captions, scheduling, and reporting. With Growth, we come to you. Our team shows up on site monthly to plan and run the shoot so your team is not responsible for producing the content internally. Growth also includes more platforms and a monthly results walkthrough call.
How does onboarding work?
Once paperwork is signed, the setup fee is settled, and the required intake, access, brand assets, and point person are in place, we start onboarding. We review your intake form, audit your current social presence, set up the workflow, confirm your approver, and build your content pillars, first calendar, and production or filming plan. First content timing depends on how quickly onboarding inputs are completed and whether filming or production is ready to schedule.
How soon could we actually be up and running?
We can usually begin onboarding once the agreement is signed, the setup fee is settled, and your intake form, access, brand assets, and point person are in place. First content timing depends on how quickly those pieces are completed and whether filming or production is ready to schedule.
How much time will this take from our team each month?
Once we are rolling, most clients spend one to two hours a month with us on reviews and planning. There is more time involved around shoots and approvals, especially at the beginning, but we design the process to take as much work off your plate as possible.
What do you need from us to do your best work?
Brand assets, access to your channels, clarity on your goals, and a point person we can talk to regularly. For shoots we will also provide a detailed brief in advance so the day runs smoothly and nothing important gets missed.

Terms and billing

Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Every social media management partnership includes a setup fee before onboarding begins. The amount can vary based on the package and current scope, so we confirm it clearly before anything is signed. It covers the strategy audit, intake review, access and systems setup, content framework, onboarding preparation, and first content or production plan. It is separate from the monthly management fee and is not refundable once paid.
How long do we need to commit?
For social media management, we have a six month minimum so there is enough time to build a proper system and see results. For brands that want the strongest runway, we recommend a twelve month partnership.
What happens when the minimum term ends?
Before your minimum term ends, we review performance, talk through what makes sense next, and make sure the next phase is clear. Social media management retainers are structured to renew unless valid written non-renewal notice is provided, so we do not leave the renewal decision to the last minute.

Scope and services

Do you work with medical or healthcare businesses?
Yes. We work across a wide range of industries including healthcare and elective medical. We understand the compliance considerations and build content that is professional, trust-building, and results-focused. Clients remain responsible for final compliance review before content is approved or published.
Do you run ads or just organic content?
We focus on organic content first. Most clients spend at least six months building a strong content foundation before paid advertising makes sense. After that runway, paid advertising is something we can explore together based on what has been working organically, but it would be scoped separately and is not included by default.
What if we are not ready for full management yet?
We can start with a content day, event coverage, or a strategy consulting session and use that work to see whether a longer term partnership makes sense.

Not sure where you fit yet?

Answer a few quick questions and we will point you to the right starting point, whether that is a conversation, a content day, or a strategy session.
