How soon could we actually be up and running?
Usually within one to two weeks of signing. We move faster when you already have brand assets, logins, and a clear point person on your team.
How long do we need to commit?
For social media management, we have a six month minimum so there is enough time to build a proper system and see results. Most clients choose to start with a twelve month partnership.
Do you work outside Alberta?
Yes. In our Growth plan, we film monthly for Alberta based clients and every second month for clients elsewhere in Canada. In our Enterprise plan we film monthly across Canada. Strategy, planning, and editing are remote friendly so we can support you wherever you are.
Do you run ads or just organic content?
We start with organic content only for the first six months so you have a strong content bank and a clear picture of what resonates. After that runway, we can design and run ad campaigns that build on what is already working for your brand.
How much time will this take from our team each month?
Once we are rolling, most clients spend one to two hours a month with us on reviews and planning. There is more time involved around shoots and approvals, especially at the beginning, but we design the process to take as much work off your plate as possible.
What do you need from us to do your best work?
Brand assets, access to your channels, clarity on your goals, and a point person we can talk to regularly. For events and projects we will also ask about timing, key priorities, and any other vendors or teams involved.
What if we are not ready for full management yet?
We can start with a project such as a content day, event coverage, or team training and use that work to see whether a longer term partnership makes sense.
